Jörg Wesche
Senior Application Engineer

Our AI will never try to push you in a specific direction. The decision will still be yours.

Jörg’s path to medical imaging might not be what you would expect: in his 20s, he studied theology and was headed down the path towards a religious career. However, his curiousity in other subjects prevailed. He took at job without any prior knowledge and learned by doing, eventually making his way to GE where he spent nearly 9 years as a Field Service Engineer, installing updates/upgrades for RIS and PACS. This knowledge is invaluable to contextflow, where he provides 1st-level installation, training and support services to clients. On weekends, you’re likely to find him touring the bills of Lower Saxony on his motorcycle.

People would be surprised to learn…that I have a lot in common with a shepherd dog:)

If I wasn’t working as a Senior Application Engineer, I would be…a motorcycle mechanic and therapist (at the same time and place).

Most rewarding part of my job: Writing elegant lines of code in a functional language
