Bernd Krüger
Head of Customer Service and Support

With constantly increasing amounts of data, AI will become more and more prominent in radiology while software that intelligently and seamlessly supports in the background will be much more accepted than automated people-replacing software.

After years working for a large PACS, Bernd Krüger is returning to his small company roots, joining contextflow as Head of Customer Service and Support. Upon completing his studies as an electrical engineer with a focus on robotics and image processing, Bernd began his career as a systems engineer, performing onsite implementations of PACS and ensuring quality support. Over time, he became the Support Manager for several PACS products. Similarly, at contextflow he will lead the team responsible for ensuring smooth integration of contextflow software within clinical work environments. In his free time, Bernd is fond of basketball and mountainbiking.

Favorite meal: I don’t have one favorite meal, as I like a lot of different international cuisines.

If I wasn’t working as Head of Customer Service and Support, I would be…trying to realize all my DIY projects and do a lot more MTB tours in the Alps.
