If you work in the RIS / PACS domain, chances are you already know Mark Rawanschad. Having worked in both software engineering and sales, he’s the perfect blend of left- and right-brain thinking required for success as our Business Development Manager, DACH. Mark earned his MSc in Biomedical Engineering from the FH Aachen before working as a Software Engineer at Image Devices GmbH, later acquired by Cerner Corporation. There he held many titles over nearly two decades: (Senior) Software Engineer, RIS / PACS Strategist, Global Imaging & IP CAMM Archive Strategiest, Senior Global Imaging Strategiest and finally, Senior Sales Support Consultant. As if that weren’t impressive enough, Mark is a trained sailor and loves spending time exploring new waters.
Favorite meal: Fesenjan (delicious persian chicken, pomegranate, walnut stew) served with saffron steamed rice

If I wasn’t working as a Business Development Manager, DACH, I would be…cruising with a boat / riding my #eMTB / cooking for my wife. Still would want to improve healthcare and patient safety though!
