Alexander Albert
VP Sales Europe

The winners will not simply be the algorithms with the best benchmark performance; they will be the solutions that integrate naturally into clinical workflows, demonstrate measurable clinical and economic value and help clinicians make better-informed decisions. Over time, AI will become part of the underlying infrastructure of imaging rather than a separate tool.

Alexander builds the commercial foundations that turn early-stage healthtech companies into scalable businesses. Before joining contextflow – a 4DMedical Company as VP Sales – Europe, he was VP Sales & Business Development at Jacobian (formerly Smart Reporting), a pioneer in radiology AI clinical documentation. He joined as its first senior commercial hire and helped grow the team from 15 to 100, structuring and closing more than €10M in enterprise contracts and strategic partnerships. These included a five-year framework agreement with one of Europe’s largest hospital groups and a multi-year OEM partnership with a global imaging vendor. Before that, he spent ten years at Siemens Healthineers, as Chief of Staff to Division Presidents and as Global Head of Business Management. Alexander holds degrees from Bocconi University and IE Business School.

People would be surprised to learn…not applicable, haha!

If I wasn’t working as VP Sales – Europe, I would be…working for one of our customers.

Most rewarding part of my job: working with customers.
