Per Iversen
Business Development Manager, Nordics

AI will be everywhere, both for images and demographic data, as a key elements to make healthcare systems more intelligent and save time for staff and patients. Ultimately, it will leave to higher quality diagnoses and treatments.

Per Iversen has dedicated his life to radiology and the improvement thereof. A student of Odense University in Denmark, he graduated as a radiographer and went to work as a dose planner, teaching training courses in diagnostic quality assurance and CT/ultrasound technique and even inventing a new vacuum-based fixation system for radiotherapy patients. Per used his knowledge of radiology to pivot into a career in medical device sales, working for companies such as GE, Medical Insight/Karos Health and Agfa Healthcare. His duties included successful launches of new enterprise imaging platforms, launching a vendor neutral archive and managing international sales and service teams. Altogether, Per has nearly 4 decades of experience that make him excellently suited in his role as Business Development Manager, Nordics.
