Everyone knows quality AI requires quality data. “Garbage in, garbage out”, as they say. That’s why it’s so important to have Ester Jiménez Arroyo on our team working as a DataLead. Her experience in deep learning, data analytics and medical imaging ensures we make efficient use of clean data to power our software. Ester studied Biomedical Engineering at the University Carlos III in Madrid, and later she earned two masters degrees in Professional Development at the University Alcalá de Henares and Advanced Neuroimaging at University College London.

Prior to joining contextflow, Ester worked as a Software Development Engineer, a Deep Learning Researcher and a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions H2020 BQ Minded Early Stage Researcher with the goal of developing automated methods to extract biomarkers from qMRI data. Along the way, she even picked up training on CE and FDA regulatory guidelines for medical devices. Safe to say, she’s incredibly well-rounded, and our software is better off because of her.

Favorite meal: Tortilla de Patata! (My mom’s, of course!)
