Customer Success Manager - UK

AI in radiology is only going to get bigger and bigger.
Chris Whitton came to contextflow with a LOT of radiology experience in both sales and clinical workflow under his belt. Early in his career, he was a radiographer and RIS Manager inside the hospital; he then shifted to the business side of RIS and PACS, working for companies like Siemens, BT Health, and GE. He has held roles as a manager for transitioning to new PACS, a subject matter expert for radiology and imaging systems, and a country-wide sales manager. Chris is now leading UK customer success at contextflow, and his knowledge of the NHS system combined with his previous work has proven invaluable in terms of bringing different stakeholders together for a common goal. A true music and theatre lover, Chris enjoys singing whenever the occasion arises.

People would be surprised to learn…that I used to do a lot of musical theatre including pantomime and am a table tennis champion.
If I wasn’t working as a Customer Success Manager, I would be…playing golf or singing to an audience.
Most rewarding part of my job: In-person team meetings
