contextflow is an award-winning startup developing artificial intelligence-based software applications to support radiologists during their clinical routine. We are an ISO 13485:2016 certified medical device company and are currently expanding our team, providing the unique opportunity to join us and be responsible for business development in the Nordics and keeping contextflow’s Nordic customers happy. Happy customers generate word-of-mouth in their radiology communities, which helps contextflow to reach more and more radiologists, ultimately finding important diseases in chest CTs and improving patient outcomes.

As a Sales & Customer Success Manager NORDICS, you will

  • Actively seek new sales contacts and contribute to Nordics sales strategy development
  • Promote contextflow at local sales events with the goal of generating new leads and maintaining customer relationships
  • Establish an internal overview of all Nordics customers and partners, including their key people
  • Create a standard communication structure for all customers, synchronize with the relevant stakeholders and relay updates to them as needed, making sure they understand our vision, total solution, benefits, limitations, and future roadmap 
  • Be responsible for training, ensuring that users and distribution partners understand our product in order to address customer-specific issues or use cases
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, customer service & support and product management teams to report relevant feedback, and discuss and prioritize ideas for improvements from contextflow users
  • In cooperation with customers and partners, develop and manage roll-out plans for larger, regional roll-outs in cooperation with the CSS team
  • Proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services that align with their needs
  • Monitor customer health metrics, track customer interactions, and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as customer success, account management and/or sales
  • Network of sales contacts within the Nordics
  • Clinical knowledge in RIS/PACS/VNA workflow especially in the chest CT area
  • Technical knowledge especially in radiology and nuclear medicine
  • Knowledge around DICOM/IHE/HL-7
  • Ability to receive clinical inputs and transfer these learnings in a structured way to the appropriate team(s) 
  • Excellent communication skills  
  • Structured work style and follow-up combined with a high level of self-motivation
  • Willingness & ability to travel frequently to customer sites within the NORDICS
  • Work permit in EU
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong belief in growing together as a team
  • Empathy for each other
  • Conversational fluency in any of the Scandinavian languages

Bonus Skills

  • Conversational fluency in German or French
